Nightroot Find Magic Forest Porcelain Vessel

This Raku-fired sculptural porcelain vessel captures the quiet mystery of something unearthed in the deep woods. The porcelain surface bears smoke-like carbon lines, created through horsehair firing??a spontaneous, unrepeatable process that leaves behind organic, fossil-like markings. Its form is crowned with a natural wood fragment, weathered and twisted by time; its subtle iridescent finish shifts in the light. Not watertight Unglazed finish Ceramic: fired at cone 06, vitrified One-of-a-kind piece Signed by the artist Materials: Porcelain
